2012 SEASON RATES

Please note these rates include Chef Services.

Xmas/New Year (December 17 2011 - January 6 2012) --- $25,000 per week

Winter Season (Jan 7 2012- April 29 2012) --- $20,000 per week

Summer Season (April 30 2012 - December 16 2012) --- $14,000 per week

Thanksgiving (Nov 19 2012 - Nov 25 2012) --- $20,000 per week

Christmas (Dec 15 2012 - Jan 4th 2013) $25000 per week

Cottage Rental --- $1500/$2000/$2500 for summer/winter/holidays per week (not rented separately.)

Pull out Sofa/beds --- Available for $150 per person per night (for people up to 15 years)

The villa will normally be closed during the months of September and October.

7% government tax and 10% service not included.
